How to Track my items
When you make an order you'll be sent a confirmation email. A few days later once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking code. *Please note it can take a 5-7 days for the tracking to register in the system after it has been shipped.
If you have any questions or queries about your order, or need any help, please get in touch with us by using our chat button located in the bottom right hand corner of the page. International tracking is not always so straight forward and we always understand your concern when your tracking doesn't make sense. But we are tracking pros! We're not Amazon but we do our best to send your packages with the local and international postal and shipping providers to get them to you as fast as possible.

How to Track
- You can use our in store tracking system HERE.
- Alternatively you can also track on international tracking website 17track.net
- Once the item is in your country, you will be able to track using the original or updated destination country tracking code, on your local post or couriers website.
If you are having trouble tracking your order please ask us for help by tapping the message us button in the bottom right hand corner of the page.
Number Not found or not available yet?
If your tracking number says it is not found, please be reminded that it can take up to 10 days from order placed to the tracking information to register in the system.
If it has been longer than 10 days and the number is still not recognisable please contact us using the chat button or by email on info@thekawaiishoppu.com
My order shipping notification says only one item has shipped?
We send all your items in one package, our system will notify you that one item has shipped, when in fact all your items have been shipped in one package.
If you log into the tracking page with your email and order number eg.#1234 then you will see there are multiple selections with the same tracking number depending on how many items you have ordered.
I got one package but not the other?
Occasionally we will send out items in separate packages due to shipping logistics and packaging requirements. Don't worry, you will receive all your packages.
