How to Track my items
When you make an order you'll be sent a tracking link once your order has been shipped. *Please note it can take a few days for the tracking to register in the system after it has been shipped.
To track your item, you can use our in store tracking system HERE.
My order shipping notification says only one item has shipped?
We send all your items in one package, our system will notify you that one item has shipped, when in fact all your items have been shipped in one package.
If you log into the tracking page with your email and order number eg.#1234 then you will see there are multiple selections with the same tracking number depending on how many items you have ordered.
I got one package but not the other?
Occasionally we will send out items in separate packages due to shipping logistics and packaging requirements. Don't worry, you will receive all your packages.
