How to Track my items

When you make an order you'll be sent a confirmation email. A few days later once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking code. *Please note it can take a few days for the tracking to register in the system after it has been shipped. 

*UK Tracking numbers starting with Z please refer below 

How to Track

  • You can use our in store tracking system HERE.
  • Alternatively you can also track on worldwide tracking website 17track.net 
  • Once the item is in your country, you will be able to track using the original or updated destination country tracking code, on your local post or couriers website.

**For UK Orders Only** With recent updates to our UK shipping codes starting with Z, please track your order using Worldwide tracking website 17track.net  - 

You will also find at the bottom of the tracking information, the Hermes tracking number for your country that you can best track on www.myhermes.co.uk

Language: You can change the language using options at the top or bottom right hand corner of the page. 

Number Not found or not available yet?

If your tracking number says it is not found, please be reminded that it can take up to 10 days from order placed to the tracking information to register in the system. 

If it has been longer than 10 days and the number is still not recognisable please contact us using the chat button or by email on info@thekawaiishoppu.com

My order shipping notification says only one item has shipped?

We send all your items in one package, our system will notify you that one item has shipped, when in fact all your items have been shipped in one package.

If you log into the tracking page with your email and order number eg.#1234 then you will see there are multiple selections with the same tracking number depending on how many items you have ordered.

I got one package but not the other?

Occasionally we will send out items in separate packages due to shipping logistics and packaging requirements. Don't worry, you will receive all your packages.
