WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Usually your package will be sent all together with a Kawaii Shoppu Sticker and Card. For logistical reasons, very rarely but sometimes items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages - this is sometimes due to large packages, items from handmade partners, or to achieve faster shipping times.
The Kawaii Shoppu is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Please ensure you are in when your package is due to be delivered or leave a sign if you are out to where you will want your package left. Once the package is shipped we are no longer liable if the package is misplaced or left insecure by a courier. If this does happen we will do our utmost to ensure we find your package and contact the courier to help in any way possible to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Customers rarely have to pay custom fees, unless the package is particularly large and heavy. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. If your package is Broken or we have sent the wrong item we will happily replace or refund at no extra cost and will not require return shipping if sufficient proof has been given.
However if you want to change the size or return an item for any other reason the customer will be required to pay for return shipping and we will refund items cost on receipt of items or replace at no extra cost. (As long as items are returned in correct condition)
