Orders will be delivered directly to your home or to the nearest post office. Delivery time is usually around 1-3 weeks to most countries. (Central America, South America and Eastern Europe might take up to 8 weeks). The tracking code will be sent to you by email after the order has been shipped, and you can track the order via your local post office website once the order has arrived at your country. Please note that during holidays and other peak shipping seasons the delivery time may be longer than the estimated.

US Customers do not pay customs fees

For EU & UK Customers  - Good News, Customs Fees are Pre-payed so you don't have to worry about Customs duties.

For other countries *Your order may be subject to tariffs, duties and value-added tax (VAT) when it arrives at your country. These costs are not included in the product prices. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How do I order/receive my package? 

• Use the menu in the top right hand corner to browse our collections!
• Select a product you like and click "ADD TO BAG" and move forward to the "CHECKOUT"
• You can pay by using Credit or debit card, PayPal, Shop pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more! 
• Finish by selecting "PLACE MY ORDER" once you are happy that all your shipping information is correct!
• You will then receive your email receipt! 
• Once we receive your order it will take us a few days to get your package ready and then you will receive a shipping Email with a Tracking code telling you your order has been shipped.

Where do you ship from and how long will it take for my package to arrive?

We provide International shipping from our amazing team in our warehouse in beautiful Zjeijing, China, and depending on where you live in the world, shipping times are usually from 10-28 Days..

Will all my items come in one package?

You should receive all your items in one package however as a few of our items come from either handmade partners or independent creators, and for logistical packing reasons some items will be sent separately. In which case you will receive separate tracking numbers. But 85% percent of the time you will receive one parcel with all your items in. 

How do I know which size clothing to get?

Our clothes are aimed at ages 9 - 18 however some items are available in larger sizes and suitable for adults too. Many of our items have size charts, but as we stock asian sizes, it is best to go with one size up, and go for the largest size for an oversized affect.

We try our best to stock in all sizes, from S - XXXL, though some items are only available in one size.

Fashion Items - All our sizes are asian sizes which can size up a little smaller than European and Western sizes. 

Please choose a SIZE UP to ensure the clothes fit comfortably. 

Some items are made only in one size due to popularity and limited stock.
