Orders will be delivered directly to your home or to the nearest post office. Delivery time is usually around 2-3 weeks to most countries. The tracking code will be sent to you by email after the order has been shipped, and you can track the order via your local post office website once the order has arrived at your country. Please note that during holidays and other peak shipping seasons the delivery time may be longer than the estimated.

Duties & Taxes

USA, Canada & Australia Customers do not usually pay customs fees.

EU & UK Customers  - Good News, Customs Fees are Pre-payed so you do not have to worry about Customs duties on arrival and the package will be delivered as normal. 

For other countries *Your order may be subject to tariffs, duties and value-added tax (VAT) when it arrives at your country, however this is rare. These costs are not included in the product prices. Please contact your local customs office for more information.  

Refunds & Returns

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, your parcel is lost or an item is broken or missing, please Contact Us first before leaving a review so we can help you further, or offer a refund or replacement.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you are returning due only to change of mind you can return them for a replacement or refund within 15 days of receiving them. No questions asked! You only have to pay the shipping back to us.

Please note if an item is the wrong size, we can not offer a refund unless you send the item back.
