Orders will be delivered directly to your home or to the nearest post office. Delivery time is usually around 2-3 weeks to most countries. The tracking code will be sent to you by email after the order has been shipped, and you can track the order via your local post office website once the order has arrived at your country. Please note that during holidays and other peak shipping seasons the delivery time may be longer than the estimated.

*Because of the stricter regulations international recently, there is a chance that your order may experience unexpected shipping interruptions especially in ports and customs. If there are any delays, we'll make sure to keep you updated through email.

Duties & Taxes

USA, Canada & Australia Customers do not usually pay customs fees.

EU & UK Customers - Good News, Customs Fees are Pre-payed so you do not have to worry about Customs duties on arrival and the package will be delivered as normal.

For other countries *Your order may be subject to tariffs, duties and value-added tax (VAT) when it arrives at your country, however this is rare. These costs are not included in the product prices. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Refunds & Returns

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, your parcel is lost or an item is broken or missing, please Contact Us first before leaving a review so we can help you further, or offer a refund or replacement.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you are returning due only to change of mind you can return them for a replacement or refund within 15 days of receiving them. No questions asked! You only have to pay the shipping back to us.

Please remember to Contact Us if you have a problem with an item you have received or before returning any items so we can send you instructions. Thank you.

Returns Due to Sizing Issues

Please note if an item is the wrong size, we can not offer a refund unless you send the item back. Please note we do not offer Free return shipping due for international orders. Please pay attention to the sizing and measurements when purchasing a clothing item and ask us if you need any advice on a particular item.

How do I see items in my local currency?

How do I order/receive my package?

Use the menu to browse our collections.
Select a product you like and click ADD TO CART.
Veiw your cart once you have chosen your items and continue to CHECKOUT.
You can pay by using Credit or debit card, PayPal, Shop pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and more.
Finish by selecting BUY NOW once you are happy that all your shipping information is correct.
Once your order is placed you will then receive your email receipt.
Once we receive your order it will take us a few days to get your package ready and then you will receive a shipping email with a Tracking code telling you your order has been shipped.

Where do you ship from and how long will it take for my package to arrive?

We source products from across East Asia and provide International shipping from our amazing team in our warehouse in beautiful Zhejiang, China, and depending on where you live in the world, shipping times are usually from 10-28 Working Days..

Will all my items come in one package?

You should receive all your items in one package however as a few of our items come from either handmade partners or independent creators, and for logistical packing reasons some items will be sent separately. In which case you will receive separate tracking numbers.

How do I know which size clothing to get?

Our clothes are aimed at ages 9 - 14 however some items are available in larger sizes and suitable for adults too. Many of our items have size charts, but as we stock asian sizes, it is best to go with one size up, and go for the largest size if you are unsure.
We try our best to stock in all sizes, from S - XXXL, though some items are only available in one size.
